Our pricing covers the group tour cost and is not per person. This is a private tour for one party of up to six guests who know each other. We do not combine different groups to maintain the exclusive, private tour experience. Note: Vineyards may charge a per-person tasting fee (usually $20-$30), often waived with a 2 or 3-bottle purchase. Some vineyards allow guests to bring a snack or picnic with them. Please let us know if you wish to bring food or want to purchase something so we can plan accordingly.

During the tour, one of our guides take you to three handpicked wineries, ensuring you get a taste of the finest wines the region has to offer. We secure tasting reservations to make your day smooth and memorable. At each estate vineyard, you'll enjoy a 60-75 minute experience savoring during the afternoon around 15 different wines. You may wish to purchase a charcuterie board or a snack. If you wish to bring your own snack, please let us know and we will plan on visiting an estate that allows for picnics. If you want to avoid tasting fees, a two or three-bottle purchase usually waives those fees. We will travel between estates through glorious countryside that is spectacular at any time of the year but obviously changes with our four seasons.
Note: Tasting fees to the vineyards are NOT included but can be waived at most locations when you purchase wine from the vineyard directly.
Is transportation provided to and from the vineyards?
Yes, we offer convenient pickup from your McMinnville area lodging, ensuring you can enjoy the wine tour without worrying about driving. Travel in style and comfort in our spacious Ascent SUV, designed to comfortably seat six people.
How many wineries will we visit during the tour?
You'll have the opportunity to visit three handpicked wineries, where you can savor around 15 wines.
Are tasting reservations included in the tour package?
Yes, we secure tasting reservations for our tours with at least 2 DAYS ADVANCED Booking. This ensures a smooth and memorable day of wine exploration.
What can we expect during our visit to the wineries?
At each estate vineyard, you'll enjoy a 60-75 minute tasting experience. We also have personal connections with the staff at most vineyards, ensuring you receive exceptional service.
Can we expect personal attention and an intimate experience on the tour?
Absolutely. Our private tours are designed for small groups, with a maximum size of up to 6 as one group. You won't feel like part of a huge tour bus; this is a personalized, intimate adventure.
Do vineyards charge a tasting fee?
Vineyards may charge a per-person tasting fee, usually ranging from $20-$30. However, many vineyards waive this fee with a 2-bottle purchase. You may also choose to bring a snack or purchase one at one or more of the vineyards. Tasting fees and gratuities at the vineyard are not included in the tour price.
How do I book a tour?
To book a tour, simply visit our calendar page and select a suitable date. Once you've chosen a date, you will be redirected to the payment page. Payment must be made before your booking is confirmed.
How long does the tour last, and when will we return to our pick-up location?
The tour typically lasts around 5.5 hours from the time we pick you up. We'll ensure you have ample time to enjoy the vineyards and the scenery of the North end of the Willamette Valley.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy for our valued guests. Please review the following details regarding cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your tour 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date, a full refund will be given. For cancellations made between 13 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund will be provided.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date, as all necessary arrangements and reservations will have already been made.
